I focus on qualifying buyers, understanding their needs and then getting to the heart of their search and it is this unique skill set that has seen so many ‘off market’ sales transpire.

I make it my business to develop a sound knowledge of what makes my clients tick. This allows me to understand my customer’s specific drivers and motivations, and assists me to help them through the sometimes daunting process of selling or buying.

I have received the Grand Master Award every year of my career, only awarded to 10 salespeople yearly and was recognised as the ‘Residential Sales Agent of the Year 2016 – REIWA Awards.

I’m a PLC girl, who moved to Melbourne and studied at Swinburne University whilst forging a career in the entertainment industry. Marketing roles with Polygram Records and Village Roadshow had me travelling the world securing artists rights and negotiating million-dollar publishing rights.

I worked at the high-profile advertising company Campaign Palace and combined all my experience to secured the coveted role of General Manager at Gaffney International Licensing.

Here was where I learnt to negotiate! I travelled the world selling the then unknown WIGGLES. I negotiated and marketed all of the THE WIGGLES international licensing rights including music, video, TV, publishing and merchandise. I fought hard and succeeded in acquiring the rights to Bob the Builder, Teletubbies, Thomas the Tank Engine and other high-profile children’s entertainment brands for Australia/New Zealand bringing in multimillion-dollar fees for GIL.

I provide a true understanding of marketing and sales and believe I can relate to people from all walks of life with compassion and humour. Keeping it ‘real’ and true to myself has allowed me to generate excellent results regardless of market conditions.
